Discovery day conducted a few stages, one of them was interview with a line manager. She has asked me questions that helped me to get to know myself better. It was about personal motivation, ambitions.

Why did you choose supply chain? Maybe you would like to work in different field.
Why Unilever? Why do you like our brands? What do you personally do for ecology? What are you strongest skills? Do you have examples when you showed them in the real life situation and achieved a result?

Interview
Interview was conducted online through MS Teams, as a part of the selection process for the internship program. Those passed the prior step of LGD, will be interviewed on the same day. Interview was around 10-15 minutes with 6 users.
they invited to their HQ. before that got into phone interview, personality and logical questions, English test. got into the interview with the line manager and someone from HR. they also gave a tour of the office
