Interview
Job selection is rigorous with testing/job-based questionnaire first followed by a hire vue interview. The video interview has three competency-based questions asking about Leadership, tenacity, and communication and where you have shown these in the past with examples. Then a case study question on the Persil brand.

Like any standard grad scheme first its the Online Application Stage then Psychometric Tests, if successful then its the Video Interview and if successful again, you're invited to the Assessment Centre.

Naming one of brands, how can you make one of their products more sustainble/ create a more sustainable product. Tell us about yourself. Why Unilever?
it isn´t easy but they test various aspects such as how you work with others in a group stage and how you self-reflect in a reflection stage. they also test commerial understand and the ability to be adaptable
Video Interview. 2 questions and case study which was about choosing between 2 diff options for a campaign. First questions were about the company itself and your opinions. Didn't take too long but requires prior research.
