Interview
Level 1 Potrait Assessment - I applied and did this in end February. To choose between two pictures. Very easy but not sure how they would choose.
Level 2 Cognitive Assessment - Received email for this within 1-2 hours after completing Level 1. Just two games that tested your ability in calculations and puzzle solving.
Level 3 Hirevue Video Assessment - Received also 1-2 hours after completing level 2. Three scenarios with many sub questions. You have about 3mins to prepare and 3mins to present iirc. Followed by a longer case on marketing for one of their brand and also sub questions to answer. You got 10mins to prepare and 5mins to present for this.
Level 4 Interview with Hiring Manager - Received a call from HR about one and half months later and they scheduled an interview for the next day. The interview only lasted about 10mins. Interviewer was pleasant but ended quite fast. I thought i had no chance but received offer 2 weeks+ after. But I have already accepted another offer.
I just want to say this is my fourth or fifth time (iirc) applying for Unilever. First time I could not get past level 1 even, and subsequently always stick at hirevue stage. So really want to encourage those that did not make it through when you first apply do not give up!

Why you want to work at uniliever and what you can bring
The interview process was thorough and well-organized. It began with an initial phone screening with HR, where they asked about my background, skills, and why I was interested in the position. Then, I was invited for a second round, which included a technical interview with the marketing team. They asked me to walk through my previous campaigns, how I approached strategy, and how I measure success. There was also a portion where they tested my ability to analyze market data and trends. Overall, the process was clear, and the interviewers were supportive, giving me ample time to explain my experiences and ask questions.

I gave an example of a previous campaign where we had to adjust our approach after receiving unexpected feedback from a key demographic. I explained how I used data analysis to identify the root cause of the feedback and worked closely with the creative team to adjust messaging, ultimately leading to improved engagement.
