I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Unilever (Subang Jaya) in Jul 2019
Interview
friendly interviewers, provide insightful comments, simple questions, let them know more about yourself, don't try too hard to impress. For me, i had to prepare a 10min presentation for a project, like a business pitch. Honestly speaking, it's the QnA afterwards that mattered, the presentation was just a form of ice breaking

Q: Any hobbies

The interview was a quick process for me, I received an offer from the company but I declined it due to personal reasons. The HR team is nice to me, and made the atmosphere feel light.
Process takes way too long, with the classic “ghosting” for a long time
Besides that, going over three interviews for an internship process, with one of the lasting 45 minutes and the next one being about two case studies it's way too demanding for the position.
I applied in March 2025 and the whole process was finalized in end of July 2025
I only did until the interview with HR, Overall process is nice and friendly. The HR didnt ask too much of myself, Most importantly, the company process is fast. I got to proceed with the interview with manager after 1 day of interview with the HR
