Few rounds, challenging questions but good learning experience. Was virtual at the time I applied. Would recommend researching the company, its brands, campaigns. There is a panel of 2-3 mid and senior level employees to avoid bias and to gauge what team you would best fit in

5 marketing trends, favourite brand and campaign, challenges a brand manager might face, where do you see yourself in 5 years
SuperDay. Was 3 interviews with a group case study. Case study isn't hard if you have a good group. Try to take initiative. The three interviews felt repetitive. They were reading off a script.
the interviewers are very nice and chill, the interviewers were very attentive, and questions asked were more situational and behavorial. I ended up getting rejected for the role, due to lack of experience

It is very smooth and friendly vibe. All your common marketing interview questions like what is your most liked campaign and why, what is your belief and at the end "do you consider yourself as a lucky person?"
