Interview
I had to give a presentation for 10 minutues on a challenge that i overcame then followed by few technical questions based on the skills requirement. Then followed by few standard of leadership, unilever and competency based questions. The interview was online and it was pretty straight-forward. However, dealing with HR was very difficult as there was lack of communication and delays on the outcome of the interview. Also, they would ring back at unreasonable time.

Met with HR and department head. Both were very nice and there was a good dialogue and exchange of information. Some weeks after the interview, the position changed and it became an opportunity that was no longer applicable to me.
