Interview
The recruitment process consisted of two steps. First one was the initial one. Then, the second interview was more specific to the role and the department. Interviewer was the head of the department and was knowledgable and experienced regarding recruiting. He was professional and he asked the right questions. Instead of basic interview questions, he mostly tried to get to know me, my character, capabilities and interest, which are all important aspects to be able to see if the candidate fits the role and the organization.
