Confuso, com muitas etapas e um discurso desalinhado. Profissionais de RH tem boa vontade, mas o processo é bastante lento. No geral,causa uma boa impressão, inclusive com etapas digitais, sem necessidade de você se deslocar, porém, deve ficar atento a promessas que podem não se concretizar. O RH parece estar bastante pressionado para trazer talentos digitais, e se preocupa mais com os gestores do que com o colaborador.
