Applied multiples times including internships - think there are multiple rounds for the process but I never made it past the second stage (ie self recorded interview). It usually starts off with a pymetric test which I thought was relatively easy to get through followed by the self recorded interview which would ask largely behavioral / hypothetical type of questions - never managed to get past that so not exactly sure what they are looking for though my understanding is they usually use AI to filter those applicants before it actually reaches a recruiter
