After 2 interviews and an in-depth task presentation, I was told I was their top choice but they’d chosen to change the JD and they didn’t think I could satisfy the new requirements and also “you didn’t put enough pictures in your task presentation”. They then said they were going to repost the job.
I was given no opportunity to talk to how I could meet the requirements, or to interview for the new role.
Poor experience and felt my time was wasted.

Question 1
Why you want to work at uniliever and what you can bring
The interview process was thorough and well-organized. It began with an initial phone screening with HR, where they asked about my background, skills, and why I was interested in the position. Then, I was invited for a second round, which included a technical interview with the marketing team. They asked me to walk through my previous campaigns, how I approached strategy, and how I measure success. There was also a portion where they tested my ability to analyze market data and trends. Overall, the process was clear, and the interviewers were supportive, giving me ample time to explain my experiences and ask questions.
