First, I applied by submitting my Resume online. Then, I had to respond to questions related to my personality. After the first selection, there was an online test related to analytical reasoning. Once selected, I had an interview with HR then with a brand manager from the Marketing department.

It was online. After you apply, you need to complete some sort of games and puzzles within 7 days. If you pass, you go to the videos interview. It was a series of questions that you have 1-5 min to think about it, then you answer that with a video of 3-10min.
