it was quite scary at the time because it was my first interview ever, and actually because i was so nervous, i ended up saying things that so uncleared to them.

it was an assessment centre for UFLP in Russia. The process was for 6 hours imitating real work experience. I had to prepare material prior to the interview date. during the interview, I had a group work with a discussion about the material each candidate prepared and individual work that was related to a functional role. 45 min interview and 15 min pitch of idea for Unilever challenge
