Union Bank General Manager interview questions

I have applied over 13 positions that I was a good fit, but never received a phone call or at least an email to say why was I not selected . over 17 years experience in banking. I believe the recruiters are terrible at this place , they never pay attention to good applicant or follow up with email messages. completely ignore you no matter how talented you are , you are not appreciated at this organization .
