Interview
Applied for a 25 hour position and the Recruiter called me the next day. Had a telephone interview asking same old situational questions. Then the Manager called and the interview was supposed to be for only 30 mins, but went on for an hour, on which he said that its a good sign that the interview went longer as I might have a chance to be selected. He asked all sorts of weird questions and I replied to all of them confidently. Then he said that if I am chosen, I will have a second interview with his CSR manager, which I did. I was confident again, and thought I did pretty good, as I have a lot of customer service experience from my past job. I guess the Manager thought I was over ambitious as he kept asking about my future plans, and I mentioned about pursuing MBA, which I will. So screw the Teller job!

The interview, was very smooth, and welcoming, clear questions, the interview was made online and the Manager and someone else where the staff who were given the interview, they were asking me probed questions and at the end of the interview they were giving the following steps to be clear, but if for some reason I had any questions to reach out with them.

Interview
After applying I was contacted by a recruiter for the company who helped in making the interview and hiring process fairly straightforward. A few questions I didn’t expect were asked, but it wasn’t a big problem and I tried my best. I got a response within that week. It seems they try to start you as soon a possible however there is of course paperwork and background screenings to be done beforehand. Overall, it was a good experience.
