The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Union Pacific (Omaha, NE) in Sep 2011
Interview
Very positive interview experience. The Union Pacific rep was very friendly, easy to talk to, and seemed like someone who I would want to work with. Some of the questions were of the HR nature, but most of the interview dealt with my background and how Union Pacific and I could be a good fit.

Only phone screens for me, but I was referred to them through a program at my university. Most of my questions were about my personality and preferences in how I operate in a work setting. No trick questions which is always nice.
