Fill up an application form. And we were asked into a room, with 4 applicants and the manager did a self-introduction and talk about the work and shifts. She asked us questions about our current status and our skills/personality. Explained the hours per shifts. They needed part-timers who can commit morning shifts. She told us that we need to be outspoken as they have to greet customers whenever they walk into the store. And told us to wait for their phone call IF we are shortlisted.

The interview process was smooth and straightforward. HR was very friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated how responsive they were throughout the process. I had to fill in a form before the interview, and everything was handled efficiently. Overall, it was a pleasant and interesting experience.
