I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Uniqlo (New York, NY) in Aug 2012
Interview
It was a group interview with about 40 other people. They did a brief overview of the company and showed a video. They asked questions and they looked for who raised their hands, who spoke, and who had smiles and good posture. Once that was done they assigned numbers to everyone and called the number of those who'd they would like to have a follow up interview that day with.
They selected about 15 people. They separated those people into three groups of 5. Each group went into a smaller room. In the group they asked questions about what we thought good customer service was, how we gave good customer service some time before in our lives/ previous jobs, what word would best describe why you are perfect for this role?
