Gavem me a situation and asked how i would respond to it on the shop floor
It involved 1 group interview in the location that i was working at. It was fairly quick and we all took turns around a circle to answer questions about the company and our experiences.
1:1 interview with store manager, plus a group interview with two other candidates.
Interview lasted approt 20 mins. It felt very natural with some questions asked, Mainly focus on your personality and will to provide top noch hospitality.
