Other UMC Uniqlo Manager Candidate Interview Reviews for Uniqlo
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Uniqlo (Hong Kong)
Interview
1 HR and 4 candidates in one online meeting room.
HR is a very typical Japanese polite style, which is very polite on the surface, but actually very perfunctory. HR will ask a lot of questions about those who are interested in them, and those who are not interested are even too lazy to listen, and are in a daze or looking down at their mobile phones when the candidate answers. There is only one clear answer to the candidate. They even refute the candidates.
So you can know whether you can enter the second round interview on the spot by looking at the HR attitude. However, I heard that although UMC has a relatively high salary, the actual workload is very large, very hard working, and I don't know if it is good or bad to have no offer.
I applied online. I interviewed at Uniqlo (Singapore)
Interview
Double interview where it was 2 interviewers on 2interviewees, I had friendly interviewers who asked many questions from business operations to customer management. Need to wear business formal attire. Good and efficient process
