Interview
Very easy, started with a phone interview, from that I was invited to a group interview the next day, and the group interview consisted of standard interview questions about experience in retail and so on. Only 2 people from the group, including myself, were offered positions and the second person quit after two weeks.
It involved 1 group interview in the location that i was working at. It was fairly quick and we all took turns around a circle to answer questions about the company and our experiences.
1:1 interview with store manager, plus a group interview with two other candidates.
Interview lasted approt 20 mins. It felt very natural with some questions asked, Mainly focus on your personality and will to provide top noch hospitality.
