We were interviewed in groups twice - one with each manager. They were definitely looking for people who were willing to work hard, stay focused, and take the job seriously. The store in Disney Springs is the first to open in Florida so granted, things will likely go smoother once it is more established, but communication could have been better about scheduling, availability, and other logistics both between the managers and potential employees, and between the managers themselves. However, the managers did do a great job emphasizing Uniqlo's mission and values - this is a place where hard work is rewarded and deserving people are given the opportunity to climb up the ladder.
