As you are applying for a ground staff like Retail Associate/ Senior Retail Associate, i.e blue collared worker, the interview is straight forward. They do not even need your resume, cover letter or testimonials. They just need to know when is the earliest you can start and the duration of length of employment that you can commit. Simple and quick. Relatively easy to join them on the shop floor as they are constantly looking to recruit due to their aggressive expansion in Asia. If you are applying for corporate, i.e white collared worker, the interview will be more rigorous and difficult and it is a completely different ball game.
