Interview
I applied online and in about 2-3 hour was contacted by a recruiter and asked a series of questions, then I was sheduled in for an interview the next day. I wasn't informed it would be a group interview but it was, during the interview we watched a short movie about the company's history, how the associate is suppose to act , and asked a series of questions. I was called again over the phone for another short interview over the phone but wasn't contacted again

How does your job relevant skills differ from any other employee's that we might hire?
Self intro; ask few questions about your strengths and weaknesses and some behavioural questions; ask you how to handle the problem with some specific situation that relate to the job.

Interview
Introduce yourself and keep smile, also this is a group interview, have to show your are positive and active, also they will ask some role play like if the client asking you something when you don’t know, how’s you do and what you can do.
Applied online and received an email a few days later to book one in. Simple and in a group setting. The first round was a one-on-one interview. Followed by that was a group activity
