A very quick phone screen, if you passed you will get invited to a group interview in the next few days.
The group interview will take place at the store, with other candidates (2-4 people).
The same day you will receive a call if you're successful.

Group Interview:
1) Introduce yourself, what have you been up to, hobbies and interest.
2) Why do you want to work at Uniqlo?
3) If you got an offer, what can you bring to the team?
4) When was the last time you gave good customer service and experienced good customer service?
It involved 1 group interview in the location that i was working at. It was fairly quick and we all took turns around a circle to answer questions about the company and our experiences.
1:1 interview with store manager, plus a group interview with two other candidates.
Interview lasted approt 20 mins. It felt very natural with some questions asked, Mainly focus on your personality and will to provide top noch hospitality.
