I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Uniqlo (London, England) in Sep 2016
Interview
Group interview (september 2016)
We were 3 people and were interview by the store manager. She was kind but showed to be quite cold and, in my opinion, she didn't care that much. She explained she was looking for someone able to complete multiple tasks (even at the same time), hard worker and determined to hire.
She asked us first to tell what was our availability, how many hours per week we were able to work and how many night shifts per month. Only at the end of the interview she explained it was because even if one of us was a good candidate, he wouldn't have been called after the interview since his availability didn't match with what she was looking for.
