Interview
The process was pretty quick, about an hour. You arrive and get seated into groups. There is an assessor there and one thing i would recommend is sitting somewhere where she or he has a clear view of you so that they can better see how you interact and present. You are then debriefed about who the company is, their competitors, their values ect, their stores. We were then asked to watch a video which shows what a good Uniqlo worker looks like. We also did a role play to demonstrate what a good Uniqlo workers acts like Eg customer walks into a store type scenario.

Question 1
There where quite a few company questions. After being to a few interviews i have learnt that clothing stores want people to show an interest in that specific store. What that means is for Uniqlo, we were asked questions such as why is the Uniqlo store different to other stores, what are some of the products you know, like and why? What is Uniqlos style of retailing? and how many stores do we have?. If you do your research on these questions (by looking at the companies site) you will definitely increase your chances. Be friendly and outspoken too and it should go well for you. My downfall was that i didn't speak up as much as i could have, i was seated awkwardly where the assessor couldn't really see me and i didn't do more company research to answer those pop quiz questions.
It was a very casual interview. I am not sure whether the interview would be longer if they were interested but my interview lasted only about 10 minutes. I did not end up getting a offer

Interview
They skipped the group activities and sent us straight to the 1on 1 interview. There were four interviewers and one of them was on Zoom. I was interviewed by the interviewer who was on Zoom. My interview seemed to be long as I could see few people were already done with their interviews in front of me and I was still going🤣 But it was very spontaneous and the lady was very nice and friendly.

Interview
It was an interesting interview! The first half was almost like a group interview where we got sectioned off to answer questions as a team.
One question listed 4 scenarios that we needed to rank in order of which was to be completed first. Another one asked what product from the winter range you would recommend to a customer who was looking for a gift.
After that, we got sent to a different room to complete individual interviews. It was pretty standard, i.e. career objectives, things you know about the company and what you'd expect from the job.
