I received a phone call the day before my interview regarding the time and location. The interview went seemingly well even though the interviewers were about 30 minutes late.

Very customer centric questions. 3step mostly asking about store operations difficulty or what achievement can you bring. Really understand your strengths or weakness to elaborate what you can bring or cannot bring. Last step is all about your understanding of the company. How well do you know and what do you want with your career path.
Difficult due to how detailed they want you to go with regards to in depth explanation. Data and numbers oriented and want you to draw a clear picture as much as possible
