Easy Interview process, simply question about you and Uniqlo. No Pressure on Interview. Just 1 step interview in a group. Manager are focused on yourself , they want know more about you and how you can fit on the team.

What you know about Uniqlo? Why Uniqlo? Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
It involved 1 group interview in the location that i was working at. It was fairly quick and we all took turns around a circle to answer questions about the company and our experiences.
1:1 interview with store manager, plus a group interview with two other candidates.
Interview lasted approt 20 mins. It felt very natural with some questions asked, Mainly focus on your personality and will to provide top noch hospitality.
