Interview
It was a double interview with one of the hiring managers. It happened at a hotel but now they interview in store. Waited for some time before I was called and was asked questions about things I placed on my resume like how I felt about my previous job. Where I wanted to go in the future and if I wanted to move up with the company. Towards the end i was asked about my availability and was then offered a position.
