Interview
It was a group interview - me, another candidate and the assistant manger who was really friendly and outgoing. We took turns answering questions and was told to wait for an orientation email by monday (interviewed on a friday). At the moment we didn't know if we got the job or not but I assumed otherwise since the store manager was the one to make the decision. Monday came and i actually received a welcome email and accepted the job offer. The process took about 2 weeks (applied online, 1 week later I interviewed with them, 1 week later I'm in orientation). All communication besides the interview was through e-mail. The interview itself was pretty chill so no need to be nervous. For clothing I just wore a white collared button up shirt, black dress pants and dress shoes. I heard someone said they came in a suit but it's not necessary. TIP: They are BIG on customer service. I used experience from school bc I have no retail sales experience but just show that you're willing to learn and they'll (probably) accept you.
