Interview
First we got shown a presentation consisting of information about the history of UNIQLO, its products and its values including fast retailing. We then watched a video about UNIQLO customer service.
Then we got split into groups and had to answer a designated question relating to the presentation. After each group presentated their presentation we had one on one interviews with one of the senior UNIQLO partners.
I applied online and they emailed me about the interview. I had an in-person interview once and it took for a while to get the result as so many people applied to the position.

Had to answer a question sheet and bring it to the group interview. The group interview with around 20 other people and were grouped off into tables. Each group was given a question to answer and each person had to speak about the values of the company and how to appeal to customers.
