I submitted my application online and got a call around two weeks later. Fast retailing was the company interviewing us. The gave me a time and place (Millennium hotel) and to dress business casual. We started with an orientation and HR people took notes as we watched a video about the company and then proceeded to ask us questions later. They assigned people numbers based on their seating and those selected would be called out by HR at the end of the orientation for a group interview. Interview was basic stuff about customer interactions and ethics. Received a follow up call the next day to schedule a day for training.
