We just had an informative video about the company, followed by question time and a group activity in which each group of about 8 candidates had to work together to come up with a solution to a scenario such as one we would face as a manager of a store. One supervisor looks on the activities of each group. lastly each group had to present their solutions and justify why they chose those solutions.
