I went to a career fair at my university and decided to apply for the Manager Candidate Program. I made it through the first round of interviews but never heard anything back after my second interview. The people I talked to were nice but it would have been nice to hear back with their decision instead of simply waiting.

They will likely ask you if you are willing to relocate because they have stores on both the east and west coast and one in Chicago.
It went pretty smoothly and was enjoyable. If given the chance I would apply for the program again next time. Recommend people to give it a try to gain more experience.
