It is split into 3 parts and takes up to 3 hours, first presentation then group activity and last is 1-on-1 interview. About 20 people attended my group interview, as we entered the room we were randomly assigned between 4 tables. There were 4 HR members in the room and they made it clear that they were going to be taking notes throughout. Everyone had to introduce themselves and give an interesting fact. Then they started the presentation. Presentation was just a brief overview about Uniqlo- their history, founder, insight to clothing materials, ect. Then more information about your role and what it's like to work at Uniqlo. Throughout the presentation they will sometimes ask questions, including if anyone wore Uniqlo clothing to the interview. If you want to stand out, thoroughly research about Uniqlo before the interview and answer their questions. Next was group activity, everyone watches a 5min video and then have 10 minutes to prepare a <5min presentation with their own table. You can take notes during the video. Your group can present however they like, can be just a standard presentation with a big poster or you can role play, ect. Make sure to show off your team work skills here and step up if your group is quiet but don't appear too bossy. Last is 1-on-1 interviews, takes about 5 mins. The questions are standard. Just want to add the 4 HR members who held the group interview were very nice and made the interview a blast. They set a relaxed tone the whole time and cracked lots of jokes. I haven't received my interview result yet, it takes up 2 weeks for them to decide. I stuffed up my 1-on-1 so I don't think I'll get an offer.
