I applied online. I interviewed at Uniqlo (Bacolod, Bacolod) in Apr 2017
Interview
I attended the company introduction session to get to know the company and the available positions. It was followed by a screening interview participated by all applicants. The interviewer only asked clarifier questions regarding my resume. It was not extensive as it only took around 5 minutes for each of the applicant. I knew that the interviewer was finding out if I was fit for the company culture and for the position available. I wasn't planning to pursue further with the application for the job position since I can see that my career experience and academic training is not aligned with the available position in the local UNIQLO branch.
It was really challenging. There were a lot of process that goes into it. Interviews, exams, situational questions and of course personal experiences that will help them define who you are.
several rounds of interviews. The entire process can take anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks from application to offer.Online Application,Automated Video Interview,The Phone/Video Screening Interview (With HR), The Panel Interview or Series of One-on-Ones, etc.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why our company? Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Got so many levels to pass and even the first one is hard. Time consuming because so many levels and most of the interviews are physical interviews. If you already had a job it is hard to ask for leave for so many times.
