I applied for a job at Uniqlo Oxford Street. I had a short interview over the phone where I was asked about my availability, why work for this brand, my strengths and weaknesses, I had to give an example of when I offered great customer service and say a few words about working in a team. I was told I was successful and they want me to go for a group interview. At the group interview, there were 5 other people with me and we first had to chat with the person sitting next to us and tell them 2 interesting fact about us and they would have to assign us a superpower based on what we told them and present us to the rest of the group. After that, the 2 lovely ladies from HR gave us a presentation about the company and then we were split in 2 groups and asked to do 3 tasks: talk about the brand, try and sell a certain item that was given to us and respond to a given situation where you had to attend to customers or offer customer service. We had 15 minutes to prepare and each of us had to do a task and then present it (we were able to chat as a group and share ideas). We were told they will contact us in the next 2 days to let us know if we were successful. My advice is to do you research about the company, its values and mission, try to learn more about their products. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly and I'm feeling good about how everything went.
It involved 1 group interview in the location that i was working at. It was fairly quick and we all took turns around a circle to answer questions about the company and our experiences.
