Interview
Hiring process has drastically changed since my time of hire. At the time, applications (no resume necessary) were screened by a supervisor and then submitted to a "yes" or "no" pile for a first-round interview. First round interview was conducted by a supervisor and if passed to the second round, potential new hires were interviewed by their future floor manager.
Currently I believe there is a "customary" pre-screening, resume required. The resume is eventually passed on to HR.
During all the screenings and interviews it's important to smile til it hurts and be knowledgeable about the company. Open availability is also a key factor.
It involved 1 group interview in the location that i was working at. It was fairly quick and we all took turns around a circle to answer questions about the company and our experiences.
