Interview
First the candidate have a writing test including the multiple choice questions, the numerical questions and the opening questions. Then 3~4 candidates will have a panel interview by 2 interviewer. The questions will be asked in the interview including the self introduction, why choose uniqlo, what characteristics of you match this position and the candidates will be asked about solve the conflict and examples of their leadership, etc.

Very customer centric questions. 3step mostly asking about store operations difficulty or what achievement can you bring. Really understand your strengths or weakness to elaborate what you can bring or cannot bring. Last step is all about your understanding of the company. How well do you know and what do you want with your career path.
Difficult due to how detailed they want you to go with regards to in depth explanation. Data and numbers oriented and want you to draw a clear picture as much as possible
