Interview
The interview process was very rigorous. There are six-steps of the recruitment process. For the initial interview, it was a group interview. There were two people from the HR department that interviewed us. One is Filipino and one is Japanese.
It was really challenging. There were a lot of process that goes into it. Interviews, exams, situational questions and of course personal experiences that will help them define who you are.
Got so many levels to pass and even the first one is hard. Time consuming because so many levels and most of the interviews are physical interviews. If you already had a job it is hard to ask for leave for so many times.
