I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Uniqlo in Jun 2019
Interview
Telephone Interview was very rigid and unfair. I hold a First Class Honours in Management with 4 years+ experience within the field and was not put through. I answered exceptionally well in online applications and the lady (initials AB) stated I can pass a question straight away during the telephone interview and actually endorsed it (which Uniqlo product is your favourite) so I passed only this question. I only have a mobile hotspot and no money to travel to the actual store. I applied for 200+ jobs and this was Uniqlo's concern? Which product is your favourite?
it was very tough, asked very practical questions. Expected candidate to be very informative and precise about their answers. thdey are looking for people from good management schools and the cream students only other than that leave.

Después del numerical test, me invitaron a un assessment center en inglés un business en case en grupo, el proceso fue muy largo desde que apliqué hasta que me invitaron al assessment, fue curioso e interesante, pero la espera fue demasiado larga.
