After submitting the application (and do follow all the instructions they have for naming the files and the disclaimer on the CV), I received a telephone call for a quick interview. It was a bit unexpected and I was unprepared but either way, I still made it through.

Nothing too hard, just need to do your background research into Uniqlo and its products. Everything you need to know is on is website.
It involved 1 group interview in the location that i was working at. It was fairly quick and we all took turns around a circle to answer questions about the company and our experiences.
1:1 interview with store manager, plus a group interview with two other candidates.
Interview lasted approt 20 mins. It felt very natural with some questions asked, Mainly focus on your personality and will to provide top noch hospitality.
