I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Uniqlo (New York, NY) in Nov 2012
Interview
I applied. Got an email about a few days later. Went in a few days after that. All interviewees were in the break room; they then took us down to the basement of the hotel nextdoor. Other retailers had rooms down there too.
Anyways they sat us all down and there was groups of 3:1 with a manager. also there was more than one manager so there was multiple interviews going on at once. After that they did one on one -- if they liked you. I did my group/one on one interview and waited for them to escort me out since thats what they did with everyone.
They walked out me and another guy out and hr said we both got the job. HR also said that they tell the other applicants they'll get a call or email but thats for those who didnt get it. So basically they hire on the spot.
