I applied online. I got an email informing me that they were holding interviews at the mall between certain times (at a first come first serve kind of thing). The E-mail also had five or six links to articles and videos about the company. We were supposed to read and watch them, as they were going to be the "basis of the conversation." When I got to the interview site, at the mall, in a food court, i was asked to fill out another application. And they interviewed me on the spot. It was a pretty easy interview; one of the interviewers was my age, graduated college at the same time as I did.
Overall, the whole experience was disappointing. I studied everything about the company, they didn't ask me anything about that. I have plenty of retail experience, but they seemed to lose interest the minute i mentioned that i planned on taking classes part time while working for them. Basically, they want you to dedicate your whole life to this position and the company, which is really unrealistic. They ended up offering me a position as a part time sales associate, which was kind of insulting considering the experience i have, and that wasn't the position i applied for. I turned it down.
