Called to conduct interview, met with a current assistant manager and a hiring recruiter. After this interview I met with the General manager.

Question 1
I don't believe of the questions were exactly difficult, however I thought it was odd that I was asked math questions seeing as how I was never asked them on an interview before.
1 interview, most important question was what does customer service mean to you? lots of basic interview questions. just know a little bit of company background would help you a lot
Generally, there will be more than one interviewer and depending on the situation, it will most likely be a group interview. The people being interviewed may all be asked the same question or different questions.
