Interview
After applying online (and following cover letter and declaration instructions) I got a call from the store manager a week after the application deadline closed. I was then invited to a group interview in store with 4 others.
We were joined by two store managers and we introduced ourselves and answered questions between us. We were then informed that if successful we'd receive a call inviting us for another interview the next day with the area manager.
A few hours later I received the call saying I was successful.
The interview with the area manager (and one of the managers from the previous day) was pretty much the same as the day before; 4 other people around a table answering the same questions. I'm guessing there just needed to be a second opinion on the successful candidates because I pretty much just repeated all my answers from the previous day. I was then contacted a few hours later saying I got the job.
