First stage was the initial application with questions about Uniqlo's brand, then it was a telephone interview with some more questions about you and why you want to join the programme, then invited to an assessment centre. The assessment centre was incredibly dull and boring. it was 3/4 listening to management drone on and on and then 1/4 actually doing anything productive. It consisted of 3.5 hours, listening to management talk and then 30 minutes for the group task. It honestly seemed like they knew who they wanted from the start, there was only 1 group task and then they told everyone to go away and they would only text the successful candidates within the next hour to come back and do a test which was really bizarre. I received an email saying I was unsuccessful with no feedback, sent an email asking them for feedback and guess what? No response. Either they really judge everything on that one group activity that lasts 30 minutes or they've already preselected candidates based on their backgrounds which I'm 90% certain they do. For an organisation that claims they're about changing the world, working together with people and doing good things - simply full of lies. Glad not to have continued

AI CV screening is not used. Group online meeting and negotiation techniques of the speakers were great. Clear instructions. Honest conversation - "Not sure? Disconnect". Very confident. Not typical Japanese company structure, so in EU counties it is flat, but disciplinised.
