Submitted initial application with CV/Cover Letter with a couple of questions asking about motivation for applying etc. Scheduled a phone call for which I was given a 3 hour time slot which was quite inconvenient. Called me around 12pm but the signal cut out from her end after one or two sentences, expected them to call back immediately but this never happened. Eventually received an email at 5pm saying she had other calls so couldn’t call back which leaves a terrible impression for me if - after wasting up to 3 hours of my day to wait for a call - my time isn’t worth a 20 second delay to simply call me back straight away. Withdrew my own application after this.
