Interview
Got a mini interview over the phone, was asked why i wanted to work at uniqlo, then got invited to come for a group interview. Was asked what thought about the layout of the shop floor, why uniqlo, what did i know about uniqlo. Then got phone call the same dayasking to come back for second group interview with the area mananger. Was asked the same questions, so i just repeated what i said in the first interview.

Called in a group interview, no opportunity to show off personality one on one. All tasks were done in group.
Felt like they had already chosen the candidate, it was a waste of time.
