Sent in resume online, within 2 days was contacted by a recruiter for a Skype interview. Invited for a group interview. Group interview had a case study, and you were asked individual questions regarding WHY Uniqlo. Was invited for Final Interview that is a 3 on 1.

Question 1
Most difficult question was "where do you shop?" As simple as it seems, I was caught off guard and second guessed my answer. I was going to say Thrift Shopping, because I do shop there but then was worried about being judged by a retail executive.
The application process is easy however it took them a month to reply back. However, based on what my acquaintances, it is really that long. Then they asked me to fill up some forms and now I'll be having my orientaion.
